How secure is shopping at FarrAutoParts.com?

How do I place an order within the US?
We ship parts domestically via UPS and FedEx. Take advantage of our secure online ordering, or call us toll-free at 1-877-FARRAUT or locally at 305-591-7266. Shipping costs are calculated for you during checkout. It’s FREE for orders of $75 or more.

How do I place an order internationally?
We are proud to ship parts worldwide via Skynet and FedEx International. For secure online orders, please enter our address (shown during checkout) as the “Ship To” address and add your international address in the comments box as it should appear on the label. We will determine the shipping costs and email you for final confirmation of your order. Before ordering, you may estimate the shipping cost on your preferred or available carrier’s website.

Will you ship to a P.O. box or APO/FPO/DPO?
Yes.

Will you ship to Alaska and Hawai’i?
Yes.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover by phone or online, as well as Paypal and Google Checkout for online orders. We will charge your account upon shipment of your order.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be applied to orders for residents of the State of Florida.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We do not accept changes or cancellations to completed orders. Please wait to receive your order, and then follow our Return Policy if you wish to return your parts.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Depending on the availability of the parts in your order, it should arrive in 1 to 8 business days (longer for international orders). FedEx customers should refer to the map below. You may also request USPS Priority shipping, which will get your parts delivered in 2 or 3 business days. If your parts are immediately available and you place the order before 2pm EST, it will ship that day. If only some of your parts are already in stock, you will be given the option to wait for all parts and combine shipping or separate your order.


How do I track my order during shipping?
You will be provided a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order. Track your order by entering this tracking number on our tracking page. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 hours after leaving our warehouse.

What if my tracking status is “Delivered” and I have not received my order?
It may still be out for delivery. If your order has still not arrived within 24 hours, please contact us, and we will obtain more specific tracking information from the carrier. If your package still cannot be located, you may need to initiate a claim with the carrier and reorder your parts.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Please place your order online, and then call us at 1-877-FARRAUT (1-877-327-7288) to request that your parts be set aside for pickup at our Miami location. A Farr Auto Parts specialist can direct you to the pickup location (or refer to the map below) and answer any questions at that time.
